Dhaulagiri Multiple Campus Baglung Bazar, Baglung

Dhaulagiri Multiple Campus (DMC) was established in 1962 AD. (2019 BS), located in Banglung Bazar, Baglung district of Nepal. It is affiliated with Tribhuvan University (TU) and is supported by the University Grants Commission of Nepal.

Dhawalagiri Multiple Campus started its academic degree program in education and management faculties with affiliation to TU. Subsequently, different academic programs such as Bachelor of Arts (BA), Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS), Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.), Master of Education (M.Ed.) , Master of Arts and Master of Business Studies (MBS) were added to meet the educational need of this locality. Now, the campus is operating following different levels and faculties.

Facilities provided by the campus:

DMC was established to provide quality education to those belonging to minority and ethnic backward groups at low cost. To achieve better results and maintain the quality of education, the campus offers additional classes and test-oriented classes for students of different levels each year. DMC provides at least 3 books for each undergraduate level student and 5 books for the master’s level in a minimum period of 15 days. However, DMC is unable to provide all outdoor games on campus due to lack of sufficient land. Still, we are planning to provide additional facilities for students within the campus gate.

Library: For quality education, the library is the backbone of any institution. A library is an organized collection of resources accessible to a defined community for the loan of references. The main objective of the library is to provide resources and research support for students and teachers of the educational institution. TO ensure the quality of education, the library offers workshops and courses outside of formal, qualified courses that are intended to provide students with the tools necessary to be successful in their programs. DMC has a separate library room containing over 5,000 textbooks and references for students and staff.

All books are computerized and all data can be read through the barcode reader. Still, the campus realized a very advanced independent library building with electronic library. For this, the campus aims to establish a building with enough textbooks, reference books, periodicals, newspapers, magazines, newspapers, encyclopedia, etc.
Computer Lab: train the entire workforce in the use of computer technology and use software to run the administrative section.
