The Dhulabari campus was established in 1992 AD (2048 BS) as the first locally owned campus. It is located on Dhulabari Road, Mechinagar-1, Dhulabari, Jhapa District of Nepal.
It is affiliated with Tribhuvan University and offers Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) undergraduate programs. It is recognized by the Nepal College Scholarship Commission.
The Dhulabari campus is also affiliated with the Council for Technical and Vocational Training (CTEVT) and offers 15 months of TSLC in Civil Engineering (Civil Sub-Supervisor) programs since 2013 AD.
